"Chords" - WIP

many years ago, when was waiting on my disability [had osteoarthritis in right hip - bone on bone, no cartilage], all I had for art was a pad of 2'x3' newsprint to work on... this was one of my results -

 for long time thought it had been lost among the shuffling of places to live in - but recently found, and am now doing it in color on a board 20"x32" -

floral is crimson, pussy willows sepia, leaves dark green, and the bamboo is Indian yellow and raw sienna... using crow quill nib...
