 AND the landscape is essentially done, just the sky and the distant wall on the left side yet to do -
and the interior of the VAULT -

now to work on the left...

 rumpling the landscape, and using new camera as old no longer uploads -

 glazing basically done, and another clear glaze over - now to 'rumple' the rest of the landscape, then the sky, and THEN reveal the interior of the VAULT...........

 just a few spots yet to glaze the burnt umber, a clear glaze over it all, and can begin rumpling the rest of the landscape -

 just the rest of the forest yet to do, and perhaps distant mountain range, and the grissaille be done, AND GLAZING COLOR BEGINS -

 at long last, have begun painting VAULT... it will be mural size - in acrylic, this is the grisaille in pthalo blue...

  slowly filling in the ground, a bit more erratically than initially intending, but it is what it is...

really wanted to go further today, but did not want to push my good stippling too far, so really getting into the fore of the foreground, and have turned to a slightly larger nib –

 moving along in detailing the foreground, including grasses by the slab rocks...

 now to do the receding range… then the shadowing on the slab rock… then the gravel of the foreground…

 another couple bloops, but fixed, and more of the rocks done - will put in the shadows when the rest of rocks, including the distant range, are done... then all that will be left is the foreground and final detailing here and there -

 the rocks are transferred, but kept the distant range in pencil as need to use a fine nib for those distant rocks...

 finished with the bushes on the left, and the mid background trees... now working on the rocks on the right...
