added coloring to another building section, one of the extended rooms - this time using sap green, then antelope brown over, with processed cyan for the roof... also did some woodwork on the right fore lower...

And now am in the process of coloring the building of the painting - am using sepia, sap green, and red earth inks... and noticed that need finish off the grisaille of the bridge bottom left...

Getting into the 'homestretch' re the sky - just a bit left to do along the side of the left buildings... then be on to coloring the buildings and floral, etc...

Finally another photo to show update - and hope in another couple of days, can get the rest of the sky done, and move on to the rest of the painting.... note, too, some of the window floral has been colored as well - light green and sap green... bloom dots will come later...

Sorry is taking so long a time between updates, but am trying as
much as possible to keep to the fine point stippling, which is making
decent photos hard to do with the camera I have... but will see if can
have a visual later today at least of the sky progress [which is across
the board at the top and now working its way down the left side...

the chimney is red earth and antelope brown, and the building is antelope brown... using the same fine point crow quill as in doing the sky........

been having problems getting the photo to show clearly the tiny dots used in getting the sky - but this at least shows some of the progress.. am using processed cyan and the very stiff and fine crow quill nib...
